Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for
products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be

returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
All returns are
subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and
the product(s) must be returned within a five (5) day period from
date of receipt of product(s). Special exceptions for returning
your order may be made on a case-by-case basis. In this event,

will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Protect Me First.Com's
discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without

Returns that are shipped to Protect Me First.Com
by the customer without prior authorization will be subject to refusal

When returning the

requires that the customer use a shipping method such as UPS, FedEx, or
US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, also insuring the package
for the full value of the product(s). Using these methods will ensure

It is NOT recommended to ship the package via regular US Mail. Please

with the tracking number or delivery confirmation number once the
package has shipped.

WARRANTY:
We guarantee all Protect Me First.Com
products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 1 year
(unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We
will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is
no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Shipping is free for all orders of $50
or more. Orders less than $50 will incur a $6 fee for shipping.
